Todd Gebski is the Chief Executive Officer of Ladle, where he leads the company’s mission to empower foodservice operators with solutions that drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and maximize profitability. Under his leadership, Ladle delivers a suite of purpose-built software solutions – ComplianceMate, MeazureUp, and Storewise – serving restaurants, grocers, convenience stores and more internationally. With more than two decades of executive experience in corporate development, strategy, marketing, and digital transformation, Todd brings a proven track record of building high-growth SaaS businesses and fostering winning cultures.

Prior to Ladle, he served as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at private equity-backed Motus, where he played a pivotal role in shaping corporate strategy, driving M&A, and accelerating market expansion. Todd’s career spans leadership positions at SiriusXM, SapientNitro, and SprintNextel, where he led digital commerce, multichannel marketing, and customer acquisition. His ability to blend strategic vision with operational execution has consistently fueled innovation and operational excellence. Todd lives in the Boston suburbs with his wife and three children.

Conor Cafferty

Chief Financial Officer

Conor Cafferty serves as Chief Financial Officer at Ladle, leading Finance and Corporate Operations with a focus on driving growth and operational excellence. With extensive experience in private equity-backed SaaS, FinTech, and services companies, Conor excels at scaling high-growth organizations. Recently he was CFO at Affinaquest where he led equity and debt financing, restructured and built new finance and accounting team, and was responsible for turning around the operations and P&L of acquired product line.

Previously, held role of VP Finance & Payments at Nexus, leading FP&A, Accounting, and operational ownership of flagship payments business contributing to a successful exit to Bottomline Technologies. Conor’s entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach enables him to align capital allocation with strategic goals, fostering efficient, high-performing teams. His expertise spans FP&A, treasury management, systems integration, and investor relations, making him a pivotal leader in guiding Ladle’s financial strategy and operational success. He holds a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University’s Honors College, where he was a Division I varsity golfer and still competes in amateur tournaments. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two sons.

Shamail Tahir

Chief Product & Technology Officer

Shamail Tahir is a product and technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, support, and implementation. He has held leadership roles at global organizations including EMC and IBM, combining enterprise-scale expertise with the agility of high-growth startups. Known for driving customer-centric innovation, he excels at aligning strategy with execution to deliver scalable SaaS solutions that fuel growth and enhance customer outcomes. In his current role, he leads with a focus on collaboration, technical excellence, and end-to-end customer value.

Based in McKinney, Texas, Shamail lives with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys skateboarding and staying active, often trading the boardroom for a skateboard park on weekends.

David Rowe

Vice President, Account Management

David Rowe serves as Vice President of Account Management at Ladle, where he leads the company’s customer success and retention strategy across its suite of foodservice solutions – ComplianceMate and MeazureUp. A seasoned executive with over 15 years of leadership in SaaS, operations, and customer engagement, David is known for building trusted partnerships and driving long-term client value through a blend of technical insight and strategic vision. Previously David served as Chief Strategy Officer at ComplianceMate, where he helped shape the product and growth roadmap following its integration into Ladle’s portfolio. His prior leadership roles include Vice President of Account Management at CM Systems and Vice President at Constellation Software, where he led post-acquisition transitions and business unit consolidation efforts. David was also President of Partner Software, a company he successfully guided through a strategic acquisition by Constellation Software. Earlier in his career, he held roles in product management and software design, developing enterprise applications for the electric utility industry.

With a background that spans entrepreneurship, product development, and corporate strategy, David brings a holistic approach to account management—one rooted in problem-solving, data-driven planning, and deep industry knowledge. David lives in Asheville, NC with his partner, Sarah. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him recording / performing, reading, hiking, or golfing.

Vice President, Sales

Jason is a seasoned sales executive with over 17 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving growth in the foodservice, grocery, and retail technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Ladle, Jason partners with clients to revolutionize operations across 18,000+ locations by integrating industry-leading solutions — ComplianceMate™, MeazureUp™, and Storewise™ — to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and boost profitability.

With nearly two decades of sales leadership experience at Dot Foods working across CPGs, distributors, and multi-unit operators, Jason brings deep expertise in supply chain, and technology. He is committed to enabling businesses to adopt innovative technology solutions that strengthen performance and support long-term success in serving their customers.

Jason, his wife, and two children enjoy the outdoors and restaurant scene in the St. Louis, MO area where they reside.

Louis Abate

Head of Marketing

Louis Abate is the Head of Marketing at Ladle, where he leads brand strategy, demand generation, and go-to-market execution across the company’s portfolio of foodservice technology solutions. With over 15 years of experience spanning early- and mid-stage tech startups, Louis brings deep expertise in building scalable marketing programs that drive pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and align tightly with sales.

Prior to joining Ladle, Louis led marketing at RevSure.ai, a revenue intelligence platform, where he developed the company’s core messaging framework, scaled inbound programs, and launched its GTM motion. He also held senior roles at Allego and Nasuni, where he oversaw the digital strategy that supported global expansion. Louis’s expertise includes full-funnel demand generation, ABM/ABX, content and brand strategy, SEO/SEM, product marketing, and sales enablement.

Drew Melnick

Corporate Controller

Drew Melnick is the Corporate Controller at Ladle, bringing extensive experience in financial management and strategic leadership. Drew oversees all aspects of accounting and finance operations including financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance efforts. Previously, Drew worked at a national consulting firm, advising Fortune 1000 companies on many aspects of accounting and finance, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis. Drew began his career at a national accounting firm auditing technology companies like Ladle. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.

Drew likes to spend the summers on the Chesapeake Bay with his Labrador Retriever, Daisy, and the winters out west snowboarding.

Currently leading HR at Ladle, Christine partners with executive leadership to align talent initiatives with business goals, foster a thriving culture, and support employees across multiple regions. Before joining Ladle, Christine held key HR leadership roles at Motus and Empirix, where she guided organizations through strategic growth, M&A integrations, and innovative talent programs. She has deep expertise in employee relations, global benefits administration, performance management, and compliance—including GDPR stewardship. Known for launching impactful initiatives like stay interviews and behavioral assessment tools, Christine is passionate about blending data-driven decision-making with a people-first approach.

Christine holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She lives just north of Boston with her husband and 2.5 year old son.

Brad Gray

VP, Product Management

Brad Gray currently serves as VP of Product Management at Ladle. As a co-founder of the entrepreneurial venture that paved the way for ComplianceMate, Brad has been instrumental in transforming ideas into tangible realities from the very beginning. He spearheaded implementing the first versions of our core technologies – from embedded Linux programming to our initial web-based ordering system and server infrastructure. Brad’s unique background, blending a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Appalachian State University with years spent in the food service industry, has proven invaluable to ComplianceMate’s success. This dual perspective allows him to deeply understand both the technical intricacies and the real-world needs of our customers, ensuring our products are both cutting-edge and user-centric. While his early move to Athens was fueled by musical aspirations, his passion for creating and problem-solving found its true home here. Outside of work, Brad enjoys his time with his two high-school-aged children and continues to appreciate the power of music.

Cody Inman

VP, Grocery Technology

With over 18 years in the software industry, world-class UX design and systems architecture, Cody and his engineering team built the Storewise automation platform. Cody brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to the engineering team. He’s worked with numerous businesses as the engineering lead with a boutique consulting firm. He has helped lead and design complex software systems including intrathecal drug calculation software, medical ordering systems, 401k recommendation engines, and asset management platforms. Cody has earned the following certifications – CSM, MCP, MCPD, MCTS.

Cody lives in the Kansas City area with his wife, three kids, and their cat “Bubba”. When he’s not actively pushing the boundaries of technology, he enjoys playing recreational ice hockey, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with his family.

Adam Parrott

VP, Engineering

Adam Parrott is VP of Engineering at Ladle, leading technology, strategy, and execution across a growing portfolio of SaaS products serving the restaurant and retail sectors. Formerly the CTO of ComplianceMate, he drove award-winning innovation in food safety and temperature monitoring solutions. With over 25 years of experience, including 18 focused on restaurant technology, Adam is known for building resilient, scalable platforms that deliver measurable customer impact.His work with Ladle makes full use of Adam’s interdisciplinary mastery of different fields of specialization. On the technical side, Adam has extensive experience in areas including database administration and management; data analysis and business intelligence; software engineering; developing web-based frameworks; server management; DevOps and DevSecOps. He has been coding since elementary school, and he combines that long history of technical expertise with business experience that enables him to be responsive to the needs of Ladle users and able to adapt the platform to meet their business objectives: problem-solving through engineering to deliver desirable business outcomes.

Living in Savannah, Georgia, Adam finds inspiration in the city’s rich culture and vibrant surroundings. He spends his time writing and performing music with his wife, enjoying the coastal outdoors by fishing with his son, and pursuing his passion for restoring classic cars.

Steve Miller

VP, Grocery Product & Operations

Steve is a seasoned technology and operations executive with over three decades of experience driving innovation in the grocery retail and SaaS sectors. He currently serves as VP of Grocery Operations at Storewise, where he leads operations, product development, and strategy for grocery-related SaaS solutions. Prior to Storewise, he founded MarginMAX, where he developed StoreKeeper, a cloud-based pricing and vendor integration platform for independent grocers. From 2005 to 2017, he held executive leadership roles at Associated Grocers, Inc., including Sr. Vice President of Strategic Planning, Information Services, and CIO. There, he spearheaded enterprise-wide technology initiatives, modernized infrastructure, and led cross-functional teams through major operational improvements and compliance projects. He also managed subsidiary businesses and oversaw significant facility rebuilds and upgrades.

Steve holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Delta State University, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Steve resides in Louisiana with his family.

Director, Global Operations

A results-driven global operations leader, Paul brings over 20 years of experience driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and cross-border execution in technology and compliance-focused organizations. Currently serving as Director of Global Operations at Ladle, Paul leads international initiatives to scale business operations, optimize performance, and align teams across regions in a fast-paced hybrid environment. Previously, Paul spent nearly eight years at ComplianceMate, a Ladle company, where they played a pivotal role in expanding international operations, delivering enterprise-level food safety technology solutions, and enhancing service delivery in regulated industries. Known for a collaborative leadership style and a strong analytical approach, Paul excels at navigating complex systems and scaling organizations through change.

Paul is based in the London area with his family. In his spare time he enjoys travelling and diving.
